The Village Hall is situated approximately 5 miles from Ross on Wye, 18 miles from Gloucester and 16 miles from Hereford with easy access via the M50 and A40.

The Hall was built as a school in 1872 and was completely refurbished in 1999 and reopened in 2000 and offers a spacious environment with all mod-cons.  As well as the main hall with its oak-beamed ceiling, there is a comfortable separate meeting room, which is linked to the main hall by double-doors thus extending the size of the main accommodation,  a fully equipped kitchen (with a serving hatch to the meeting room, a 6-hob 2 oven cooker, fridge, hostess trolleys, crockery, glasses, etc.) male, female and disabled toilet facilities.

It is a popular venue for both large or small events, indoors or out, including wedding receptions, funeral wakes, Christening parties, Christmas Fayres, BBQs, Fetes, Dog Shows, Kids parties, Jumble Sales, Skittles, Shortmat bowling, Coffee mornings, Quiz evenings, etc.

We are able to offer excellent conferencing facilities with catering provision if required.  We can supply a projector stand, wall mounted projection screen, display boards, P/A System, etc.

The Hall is ideally situated in the centre of the village of Linton and has its own car parking facilities and a pretty garden with mature trees, flower beds and a lawned area which makes it ideal for outdoor events such as BBQs, garden parties, adult & children’s activity events, etc. 

A bar license can be obtained for any of the above events.
