HOW TO HIRE THE HALL AND EQUIPMENT
The Hall is a community facility but has a homely feel and we welcome people who wish to hire it either on a one off basis, perhaps for a special family occasion, a children’s party or a work Awayday, or on a regular basis. We are also happy to hire out our equipment, as is becoming increasingly popular.
To hire the Hall or its equipment you may wish to study the arrangements and costs below and then ring the booking clerk on 07974 48 41 41 for further information, to check availability and make the actual booking.

A sample of basic costs follows, but special arrangements are made for those living in Linton and Bromsash. You are advised to contact the booking clerk to discuss your requirements on:

Hiring the Hall:
Prices are per hour at all times Main Hall, committee room and kitchen Main Hall and kitchen

Regular users are clubs and societies or more than 6 hires per year. 10% discount on social hire for local residents. Hiring Equipment:

Full set of crockery/glasses/cutlery per place setting 50 pence
Glasses for box of 15 £2
Cup, saucer, teaspoon, milk jug, etc. 10 place setting (60 place setting)

Table/chairs: for table + 6 chairs: indoors (outdoors) Cafetières each (for 10) Hostess trolley Tea urn Skittle alley Also available many other things such as Pimms jugs, Salt/peppers,saucepans. There is also portable modular staging which can be set up in the Hall in various configurations, as well as stage lighting. Those wishing to use these should enquire at the time of booking.
