Terms:
The Hirer will be required to sign a Hire Agreement and provide a deposit of 50% of the hire charge at the time of booking. The balance is due 10 days prior to the event.
Details of Insurance arrangements, Security, Fire & Safety Precautions will be provided to the Hirer.
Restrictions of Use:
No smoking on the premises
No pets
For safety reasons the use of portable electric/gas cooking or heating appliances on the premises is strictly forbidden
Car Parking in Linton Village Hall Car Park is at the Owners risk.
Please Note: Reduced hire rates will apply to users hiring Linton Village Hall on a regular (weekly/monthly) basis e.g. Institutes, Societies, Groups, Clubs, etc.
